South Asians (Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi) are urgently needed to help other South Asian patients looking for a donor match. These patients have been diagnosed with various forms of leukemia/other related cancers and are in immediate need of a stem cell or bone marrow transplant. To be a donor, please go to one of the test centers/blood drives organized by various Indian communities near you or select the closet National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) registered facility in your area to get your HLA typing.

More importantly remember that there are several South Asian patients that still need your help to find a match. Please continue to spread the word, on the importance of members from our South Asian community, to get tested and become educated and committed donors.
