Organization: Asian American Bone Marrow Foundation ( AABMF ) is a non profit Organization with Federal tax exempt, approved under section 501(c)(3) of Internal Revenue Code (Federal Tax exempt no. 37- 1397240 ) The Foundation is registered in State of Illinois, dated March 2000 and restructured with By Laws dated March 2003. The Foundation offices are based in Springfield, I l and Paramus NJ. Its primary purpose is

•	To establish and enhance the bone marrow program awareness among South Asian American Community.
•	To organize blood drives and increase number of Asian who are registered in National Marrow Donor Program's registry.
•	To educate the Asian American Community about the need of much needed participation in National Marrow Donor Program's registry in USA as well as in India.
•	To establish local chapters through USA. Chapters are AABMF's geographic presence across the United States, serving a local base for the Foundation and conducting activities on behalf of AABMF's cause. All chapters are volunteer led and open to members from all backgrounds and ages. Chapters play a critical role in expanding the support base.

The Foundation consists of a Board of Trustees, Executive committee (President, VP, secretary, Treasurer, etc.) and sub committees for various disciplines.

Almighty is a living presence in our lives. Without His presence nothing ever happens. Start they say with God. He lead, he shows each one the individual way. Let us do it today under his umbrella and the shower of his blessing.. Each one of us in the way we know best, understand best.
